During the process of waiting on my part to be delivered the company kept me updated with the process concerning the part. Once they received the part Jonathan came out the same day to repair my washing machine. He also worked around my schedule of needing to be somewhere by a certain time frame. He was efficient and once again a pleasure to do business with. I am so happy I went with this company for my repair. My washing machine is running like it’s brand new and I no longer have to go to my local laundry mat to wash one my clothes. I give them 10 stars especially Jonathan!
